If you're a young professional, you might have faced a situation where a colleague, or someone new that you're chatting with in a professional environment, asks you how old you are. While this question isn't inherently offensive to many, it's frustrating that some people will start patronizing you when they realize that you're younger. I've been thinking about this for a while now and finally decided to film a video about it because I wanted to share my 3 thoughts on how I deal with this situation.
